I would like a several web hosting recommendations.

Of course - cost is a major factor.

Requirements:
I would like to be a reseller (I have about 15 sites now - the real
host should be invisible to these clients)
Need SQL Server 
ASP pages ( must have CDONTS )
I do NOT need a lot of bandwidth - most of these sites have a
relatively small amount of traffic.
It is somewhat of a test environment.
realiability is a necessity

Would be nice (not required):
to have some type of version control so developers could check in and
out files
would like to install my own com objects
mysql and ms access would be nice to have as well
multiple domains be able to hit same database
self administration to those I am reselling to is a plus

Any other tips/advice that I should consider.
