Dear dlf-ga;

I noticed that your question has gone unanswered for some time. The
information you have requested has proven quite difficult to find.
What will you accept in lieu of answers to every question you have
posted here?

For example, I was able to find the number of new and used vehicles
sold in the United States and the number of leased vehicles acquired
for each of the years from 1990 - 2001.

I was also able to find the total number of licensed drivers in the
United States for the years 1960, 1970, 1980, 1990 as well as each
year during the period of 1994 - 2001.

However, I was not able to find enough information to seperate new
licenses and renewals, nor did I find statistics related to annual
revocations.

If the information I "was" able to compile will suffice as an answer
please let me know and I can post it for you and close your question.

Regards;
