I tried to solve this same problem. The best solution I found was
www.x-cart.com.  Capabilities include exporting orders to QuickBooks
format and also having all product pages autogenerated into a static
HTML catalog which can be indexed.
You can also define custom META tags for every category. Customer
referrer info is stored in database.  The rest of the features can be
