I am starting my own retail business after quiting the two years of
college with associated degree. However, I have no idea on how to find
a decent available retail space. Is real estate agent a possibility?
Newspaper? Also, few question about the leasing, how do I qualify for
the retail space lease? What's the pecentage of paying the real estate
agent if I do get the retail space leased?
