Is it legal in the State of Ohio for a mortgage lender to NOT disclose
discount points (not on a good faith estimate, not on the loan
application, not by response to specific verbal questioning)
associated with a residential loan until the HUD statement recieved by
the buyer at closing? If there are specific laws pertaining to this
situation I need know. If there are regulatory boards governing
mortgage paractices I need that info also.
