I want to buy a universal electronic kit that protects my
car by not allowing the motor to start (though the starter may run)
and if someone makes me get out my car when it is running, it will shut off
in two minutes.

Where can I buy one? Maybe there are 2 options or prices.

I did my own search and came up with a do-it-yourself that sound pretty good.

Also try a Google search with ignition+kill.

I live in Mexico and for $100 installed is a system that you
touch a certain point and ground with the other hand to activate
the system. Should you get high-jacked at the stop light, the theif
takes off and the car dies in about 2 minutes. Your life is saved and
you get your car back.

Sounds like the best deal to me.
