Hi!

I can get you the study and information as regards to the above except
for the health care plan part.

Are you talking about a health care plan just like those by the US
government? In such case the Philippine health care plan system is not
that sophisticated or even a priority in the government. In this
regard it would be difficult on what kind of health care plan would be
approproate. Would an absence of such a suggested health care plan be
ok and be acceptable for you.

Furthermore the data cited will be circa 1998 downwards. It seems that
this was the last study conducted by the DOH as regards to these
matters.

Thanks!

specific disease or a substance abuse problem and what interventions
ie a program for clean water, more money from the government( I didn't
know healthcare was not a priority for their government) and also do
they have any medical coverage or do they pay for all healthcare?
I hope this helps.
