What is the value of facial excercises? Excercise of the body strenghtens muscles and the heart and lungs but excercise of the face ? I found http://www.skinrxclinic.com/facial_excercise.htm which claims a rejuvenation effect and http://www.faceliftingbyexercise.com/author.html which even suggests a face-lift effect. and an amazon.com listing: New faces : simple facial exercises to keep you looking young by James Hewitt what is the evidence that this really works ? | |
