I have an application that makes a call to SendARP() which doesn't
work on Windows 9x.  How can I get equivilent functionallity on a 9x
box?  (make a request for a MAC address for an IP address)

had documentation for SendARP().

Howdy harryh,

Would a method that uses internal SNMP calls in (at least)
Windows 95 to get the ethernet MAC address work for you?

Answering my own question:

Use GetIpNetTable() and parse the table.
Assumes that the PC has already ARPed for the address, but that is
always the case in my app.
