I doubt that any established reputable lender will lend without some proof of income, employment details etc. If you find a lender who is prepared to lend you such a large sum without checking background, you might want to check the background of the lender. I fear that the rate of interest you are paying could be far higher than through an established lender, or that you could have serious problems if you default on a payment. Interest rates are very low at the moment; make sure you can afford to pay if they rise!! Good luck - and take care, r2l |
