I am looking for the "valuation" ie. dollar amount paid in either
stock or cash for Lockheed-Martin's acquisition of ORINCON of San
Diego, CA. The press releases state that the amount was undisclosed,
but Lockheed-Martin is a publicly traded firm, so the information must
be out there somewhere. I would like to know what the firm (ORINCON)
was valued at at the time of purchase. Details of the acquisition
(all-cash, stock, cash and stock etc.) is not required. Thank you in
advance.

Scott:

I've located a figure that includes the amount Lockheed-Martin spent
this year on its acquisition of Orincon. Unfortunately, this figure is
consolidated with the amount that Lockheed-Martin spent this year on
another acquisition. In other words, LockheedMartin spent a total of
$XX million buying Orincon AND completing the acquisition of another
company. This isn't exactly what you requested, but if you consider
it better than nothing and would accept it as an answer, let me know.

Yes that would be helpful- i could deduct the value of company "b".
Thanks.
