I am thinking of getting an electric scooter and want to know more
about what is out there and the implications. Are they safe? Do they
require a driver's license?  What are the specs that I should pay
attention to when I am shopping for one?  Should I buy extended
warranty?  Which one is the best known brand for different price
categories?  Are there any product review or recall sites for this
kind of product? Please provide me a list of 20 GOOD web sites and for
each URL you give, please tell me why it's good - what do they do, why
I should trust them or spend my time reading their opinions. I'd
rather live with less than 20 good sources if that's all out there, do
not give me crap just to make it nice and round 20. Many thanks in
