I doubt very much you will be able to do this, but this page may
provide some insights into your proposal:

Here's a quote straight from the page.

Apple Reseller Authorization

Apple’s Reseller authorization is designed for businesses that offer a
selection of software and hardware solutions sold at their retail
locations, or the configuration and sale of specialized business
solutions such as accounting by calling directly on customers.

Basic reseller requirements include but are not necessarily limited to
the following:

Purchase at minimum $100,000 of Apple hardware each contract term (12
months).
Provide presale and post sale support at Reseller locations(s) or
customer site(s) through a consultative “face-to-face” sales approach.
Offer hardware, software, and network customization to meet the needs
of customers.
Develop and execute activities that feature Apple product.

Wow, that is totally out of my reach.
I see people selling iPod on Ebay all the time. I dont think they
invested $100,000+ on it though.

Those iPods being sold are the personal property of the seller; when
they purchased the item, they had no intention of **reselling** the
product. However, your question implied something different - you
wanted to buy iPods at reseller-cost for the express purpose of
reselling them. This requres Apple's "authorized reseller"
designation, the signing of contracts, etc.

The "authorized reseller" program is generally for retailers who want
to commercially sell the products. Only these people can buy iPods in
bulk at discounted prices.

I have to object just a bit to the reply on this. While purchasing
directly from Apple is certainly not an option, there are plenty of
resellers who buy with the intention to resell in bulk. Just a matter
of finding the person as high up the food chain as possible who is
willing to sell at the lowest price.
Anyone with a good source they are willing to give out publiclly?
Probably not, and there is your problem.
Good luck though, I'd love to see an answer on this myself.
