I need to know 4-5 current issues in Australian community health (this
question refers to Community Health Centres, not to the more general
area of public health) and where to find on-line information on them
and their impact on community health centre workers and the public.
Possible issues (more than happy for alternatives):
 - more formal organisation structure and defined reporting lines, 
 - amalgamation of services into centrally administered regions, 
 - tech changes
 - legislation which affects day-to-day running of centres
(overseas researchers, please note Aust/British spelling of "centre"
