the work I have done for the past 17 years. I wan't to expose this to
someone with an open ear.

What sort of an "ear" are you seeking? Are you looking for names of
company executives to whom to complain? Are you looking for some sort
of career counselor? What exactly are your needs?

I'm sorry, I quess your reading instead, anyway, leadership is someone
with people skills. While holding a position as supervisor you can
build someone and destroy them. For example, "not even a pat on the
back". If there is a place with a poor rating this is it.

I generally wan't to show the poor leadership of this hotel at the
company level not expose anyone.

Have you tried contacting the owner(s) of the hotel (i.e., the bosses'
ultimate boss)?

Okay...I'm listening.

By the way, I just want to get a clarification on this so that we're
all reading the same sheet of music here - under what circumstances in
the end can we consider your "question" satisfactorily answered and
how can we provide you with a suitable answer when no question has
actually been asked?
