What is the best entrance for clipping an aneurysma located posterior
in the circulus Willissi in the brain? Some neurosurgeons prefer to
enter the brain under the eyebrow in this case. What is your opinion
concerning safety and efficacy?

Hi - I would love to answer this question for you as it is my
specialty - however, the discussion of the best approach centers
around where exactly the aneurysm is located. Some terms which might
have been mentioned would be "basilar tip", "basilar artery",
"posterior communicating artery", etc.

The clarifications that synarchy requested would be very useful for
this. I just have one question, and it's actually for Synarchy- are
you a neurosurgeon? I'm just curious, and that would be awesome.
