I have just inherited a 70 acre farm and am thinking about selling it
for development. I need the contact details of as many land
development companies as possible (probably in Britain but
international developers that work in Britain would be useful).
Preferably email and postal addresses but email alone will be just
fine.

I already tracked down the following and so won't need them:

Redrow, Wimpy, Wilcon, Ballard, Barratts and Westbury

Any more would be a great help.

Have you sussed out the planning possibilities?

Is the site fully serviced with a made-up road, electricity, mains water & sewers?

We are not sure bout planning as we haven't applied for any.

The farmhouse has road access, electric, water etc and is in the
middle of the site.

At the moment we are just trying to get an idea of what we can do with
it/who might be interested.
