I am interested in receiving list information of all the
pharmaceutical and nutraceutical (those that manufacture nutritionals
such as vitamins)laboratories in the United States. Beyond the obvious
inclusion of the larger companies, we are interested in ensuring that
we have the record of every registered pharmaceutical laboratory
including the small ones. Minimum information requirements would be
name, address, telephone and website.

By registered, I am referring to registration with the FDA (Food and
Drug Administration) as every pharmaceutical/nutraceutical laboratory
should be. Thank you
