Howdy craigeperkins,
It does not appear that Yahoo filters email from Hypermart
on a bulk basis, at least I did not see anything that would
indicate this is the case.
That said, there is a possibility that some email that is
forwarded to you from your Hypermart hosted site might be
truly be considered unsolicited commercial email (UCE or
SPAM) and that might be in turn filtered by Yahoo.
Here are the few things you can do to at least make sure
that the email you receive at your Yahoo Mail account gets
placed in the right folder. There does not appear to be
any way to turn off Yahoo's automatic filters.
All of the following are from the Yahoo Mail Online Support
web pages.
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail
"What is the Bulk Mail folder?"
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/spam/spam-08.html
"As part of our continuing efforts to increase the quality
of our Yahoo! Mail service, the Yahoo! Mail team implemented
a filtering system intended to radically reduce the amount
of spam you receive in your Inbox by directing most bulk
messages to your Bulk Mail folder."
"How do you know which messages to send to my Bulk Mail folder?"
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/spam/spam-10.html
"The Yahoo! Mail system automatically filters the majority of
incoming bulk or commercial email directly to your Bulk Mail
folder. If you receive mail in your Bulk Mail folder that you
would like in your Inbox, you can set up a filter to redirect
the mail."
"What if I dont want a Bulk Mail folder?"
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/spam/spam-14.html
"If you don't want a Bulk Mail folder, you can turn off this
service by doing the following:
Click the 'Mail Options' link and choose 'General Preferences.'
Under the Special Folders section, uncheck the box located next
to 'Redirect incoming unsolicited mail to the Bulk Mail folder.'
Don't forget to click 'Save' before you leave the page.
Going foward, all bulk mail that you receive will be delivered
to your Inbox, and no new messages will be delivered to your
Bulk Mail folder."
What might accomplish the same thing is to go to your Yahoo
Mail "Bulk" folder and if SpamGuard is set to "ON" then click
the "Turn SpamGuard OFF" link to turn SpamGuard off.
"What are filters, and how can I set them up?"
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/manage/manage-06.html
"To create, edit, or delete a filter, click the 'Mail Options'
link on the top-right navigation bar, and then choose 'Filters'
located in the middle of the page, under Mail Management.
...
Choose the field you want to match in the incoming message.
For example, select the one of the following headers: From,
To/Cc, Subject, or Body to match.
Choose the criterion by which you want a match to be made.
For example: contains, ends with.
Enter the text string to compare. For example: @rocketmail.com,
Love, InfoBeat.
Choose the destination folder to which you would like the message
delivered. For example: Personal, News, Admin.
If you have an example of something that is being filtered
by Yahoo, you can contact their Online Support Help at:
http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/mail/cgi_features?
In order to ascertain if the above is indeed happening, I
suggest you see if you can temporarily have copies of your
"Yandara" email sent to an unfiltered email account as well
as to your Yahoo Mail account. You can then compare the two
accounts to see if any email that wish to receive is being
filtered by Yahoo.
If you need any clarification, feel free to ask.
