Dr. Egil Amundsen, born in 1924,  a distinguished scholar and a former
professor of Medicine of the University of Oslo,and  a member of
Rikshospitalet for Kirurgisk Forskning died in 1997. I need to know
the exact date  and place of his death, as well as its cause.
