I am looking where I can buy Nike Air Terra Ketchikan shoes, preferably multiple pairs. They were a style that came out in late 1998. I am looking for men's sizes 9, 9.5 or 10 or a women's 11, or 11.5. Supposedly a company named something similar to Wingsport possibly located in New York might have had them at one point. |

ketchi-ga I called Nike's 800 # and specifically asked what they do with out-of-production model shoes, and if there was any way to still get the Ketchikan. The rep. told me that after the model goes out of production, they then go to the factory outlet stores for 1 year. So, the Ketchikan was made in 1998, so after about 2000 they would have left the factory outlets. After that, the rep said, Nike "recycles" all remain shoes of that model. He said Nike then maintains no relationships with 3rd party vendors regarding that out-of-production shoe, including the Ketchikan. He said it was possible that independent stores may still have them, but they don't keep track of that information. omniscientbeing-ga Google Answers Researchner |
