The Indo-China interaction is primarily focused on:

> China which has primitive exposure to the IT is inviting Indian IT
cos to setup regional centers for training or development, and thus
utilise their brands to push the Chinese markets.


> India is tapping into the large scale Mandrin user base and cheap
backbone infrastructure, so that in the long run, it would hvae
understood the Chinese market and would be prepared when it is scaled
