Question ID: 256004
I have invented a new card game named "Family", somehow similar to the
"Uno" in its spirit. It is played with a specially printed deck,
representing peoples (3 generations of men & women), and supports
multiple rules for 1 up to 11 players, and from 1 year old to 101...

I need help on how to move forward with my idea to have the game
manufactured and sold. I need advices from someone experienced in this
field about the process to follow.

I do not want to create a startup to market my product, but I would
rather have a large game manufacturer (or a smaller specialized
company) manufacturing and marketing it. But I want to keep my
copyright and earn money out of my concept.

I am based in Europe (Switzerland) and looking for concrete local
advices, addresses and the process to:

1. Insure I keep my intellectual property (or sell it upfront)

2. Find partners to finalize the development of the game (develop
complete rules, test the game, design cards layout, etc.). maybe
networks of inventors could help? Any web site to match needs/offer?

3. Contact manufacturer (who could be interested in my game?), and
negociation process for my participation to benefits (what are the
typical contracts for such an "invention": percentage? fixed price?)

Any further reference (web sites, associations, manufacturer/vendors
list, best practices, similar games) , especially targeted at European
market, would be welcomed and rewarded.

Many thanks in advance
Yannick
