I would like information concerning auto theft gangs currently or
recently operating in and around New York City or Miami, whose main
target is luxury vehicles. I am particularly interested in gangs whose
members have Hispanic or Latin American backgrounds. I am interested
in how the gangs operate and are organized, how the cars are stolen
and sold, law enforcment strategies and any other related information
