estimated at 10% as of December 2002.
“Madar Research Group has estimated PC penetration in the Arab world
at 2.32 percent by the end December 2002, after making the first
survey of installed PC base covering 18 Arab states. The finding comes
well below world average PC penetration, which is estimated at 10
percent.”
