Not sure about the triple "L" but "TLC" stands for "tender loving
care".  Perhaps this is "tender loving lustful likeable care"  :)  Not
sure about the other two "L"s so I won't officially answer.

I wonder if this could be a business the initials of whose primary
name are TL, and which is a Limited Liability Company (LLC). To
fabricate an example, if there were a company called Townhouse
Lighting, LLC, it might go by 'TLLLC'.

Maybe it's some variant of TLC (Tender Loving Care.) Perhaps the best
way to find out what it means is to ask the person who sent you the
message.

Yeah, I agree. It's probably Tender Loving Care with some extra Love.
