Templeton Global Advisors is based in the Bahamas. It is very
unlikely that you will be able to get any registration information for
them.

I'd be glad to post their address, phone number and senior executive's
name as an answer to your question, if that information would be of
use to you.

Let me know.

It is possible that Templeton Global Advisors Ltd. may be registered
in more than one place. It has previously held an office in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida. Was there one particular location that you were
concerned about (a particular city/state where you had dealings?).

More recently, there are indications that Templeton Global Advisors
Ltd. is also somehow affiliated with the headquarters company called
FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INVESTMENTS (you can visit their website at
www.franklintempleton.com), which indicates their main office for
doing business is in San Mateo, CA but the website shows the following
address to receive regular mail: FTI, P. O. BOX 991752, SACRAMENTO,
CA. Their registered agent according to California Secretary of State
Records is Harmon Burns (do a Google search to find the California
Secretary of State's website and go to the Business Filings) and you
can do further follow up research to enter Harmon Burns's name in the
Registered Agent section or do a search on FRANKLIN TEMPLETON
INVESTMENTS in the Business Name Search and you can find Harmon's
business address.
