Here's a previous question posted on Goggle Answers which may assist
with your research:

An excerpt from the previously cited Google Answer...

"The information about best selling textbooks can be found at:
http://www.amazon.com/textbooks

On the left hand side of the page is a box headed: "Browse
Textbooks" followed by a clickable list of topic areas:

* Architecture
* Business & Finance
* Computer Science & Information Systems
* Education
* Engineering
* Humanities
* Law
* Medicine
* Science & Mathematics
* Social Sciences

Just click on the topic of interest. This will take you to a page
that begins to list -- on the right hand side -- the top sellers in
the category. At the bottom of the list is a link that says "More Top
Sellers" which will take you to an extended list. The list is
hundreds of books long!"

Again, I'm looking for the books':
- Title
- ISBN Code
- Sales Figures
- Sales Rank (for Amazon.com)

[Basically, the above instructions help with gathering Title / Sales
Rank]
