I am looking for a usa (preferred) or overseas manufacture who can
print our design on vests... The vest would be black polyester (no
design) on the back  and te front with our design..We would want the
front textile print to be made from our design...complete frontaal
coverage.

we would also seek companies who can paint our designs on blank black
vests
