Hi Stashia,

The "Orange County Modelers Association" is the current name of the RC
(model airplane) club that flies from the former El Toro Marine base.
Its Constitution and bylaws are available online here:
http://www.flyocma.com/files/Bylawschangesjuly2003final.pdf

If you'd like more information, or to contact the club, its main
website is here: http://www.flyocma.com/

There is also a bit of information on the politics and formation of
this association, here: http://www.themodelaircraft.com/info.html As
explained, "The Model Aircraft Association" was the former El Toro
club, and joined with 14 other clubs to create the OCMA chapter of the
Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA).

The main AMA website is located here:
http://www.themodelaircraft.com/info.html
They also have a search page where you can find the complete list of
chartered clubs, here:
http://modelaircraft.org/templates/ama/clubsearch.aspx
