The neighboring property is seeking approval for the construction of
two new homes. We are concerned about three or four large oak trees
slated for removal and about the possible loss of our view of Mt.
Diablo. This is county land (Contra Costa, CA), unincorporated.
Question: What can we do to block or limit this construction and what
types legal assistance are available to help us?
