Can you recommend the following:-

A Copywriter who will work on a page by page basis for a reasonable
fee.

We don't want to spam the search engines as we have a good reputation
in our market.  But can see the potential of adding more SEO friendly
text.

Plus:-

Someone who can locate and add links on a price per link basis 
[We are particularly wary of this as the wrong thing can
damage our site]

We are not interested in automatic software etc only hand picked links
which we would want to approve beforehand incase of problems etc.

We have looked across the internet but its very hard to see who's good
and who's not so good.  Plus we don't want to pay "big bucks"

Doesn't matter if this is more than one company etc.  

We are a UK direct provider of labour so the target market needs to be
UK
orientated - but the company or individual doing the work not
necessarily UK based etc.
