You may want to look at some of Paul Schomer's publications (http://www.schomerandassociates.com/), he has done a lot of work on military noise effects on people. Some of his papers are available on his website, as well as through the Institute of Noise Control Engineers (http://www.inceusa.org/) and the Acoustical Society of America (http://asa.aip.org/). |
