I edit music using Cubase Vst 5.1. I am looking for softwear which
will enable me to make a change in the pitch of a whole track at a

I believe Adobe Audition (formerly known as CoolEdit Pro) will do this:

Heh..

Cubase SX has both of those features built in along with stategic
algorithm options in order to optimize for drums, vocals, or
'general'. Far better than Cool Edit technology.

Why not just upgrade? SX 2 is now out... probably even better.
