I followed the "To Parent Directory" link at the top of the content
indexl until I reached an empty site with the title "HNH - Naxos and
Marco Polo, Your World of Classical Music".
Then, I performed a Google search using exactly that line. I found out
that HNH is a classical music label, with Naxos and Marco Polo being
sub-labels.
What you found is their mirror of some of the material they use on
their actual websites, http://www.hnh.com/ and http://www.naxos.com/
There you will find "Artists and Composers" listed in the navigation
menu on the left. I followed that link, first to "Composers", then to
"Portraits", and finally chose the letter "I". And I found the very
image you are interested in, the portrait of Charles Ives:

At the bottom of that page, there is the following note:
"Naxos's composer and artist portraits are the property of HNH
International Limited. Please direct all requests for use to Mark
