So far, I've located several European dealers currently selling the
game, but it turns out that none will ship to U.S.  I will keep
looking, though.

The game has been delayed from the original release date of 9/12, so
is not available yet; However, the older gameboy color versions is
available from http://www.ebgames.com/

If you absolutely can't wait for the U.S. release, you will have to
order it from Europe, since it has just been released there. A list of
European retailers can be found at:

Some but not all will be willing to ship internationally.

Remember, since the GBA was designed to be portable, it does not have
territorial lockouts like home consoles.

The european release also lets you choose between English, French,
Italian, German and Spanish;  the domestic release probably won't.
