years, leaders like Panama's Noriega, Saadam Hussain, Yugoslavia's
Slobodan Milosevic.

Milosevic was not removed by any outside force, the NATO campaign
under Clinton was aimed at protecting Kosovo and imposing an
international mandate on a persecuted people. Serbia and Milosevic
eventually gave in and the campaign ended in a NATO victory. A few
years later Milosevic was facd with internal dissent that eventually
forced his removal - as in most such internal revolutions it was
focused on the national capital, in this case Belgrade

leaders who have been removed from power in the last 50 years by
outside forces.
