Where can a person write to Former First Lady Barbara Bush?

I know that G****e does not supply individuals' home addesses.  But
there must be a proper channel whereby citizens may write to major and
minor and formerly major political figures in the American goverment. 
Please direct me as close as you can without breaking the rules.

As I understand the matter, a former esteemed associate of hers, whom
she reputedly affectionately nicknamed "Robert the Rotten," is in
serious, life-threatening trouble, and it is hoped that if word could
reach her, she might find a way to intervene.
