Hello ironman213,

I haven't been able to find any thing that definately answers your
question, but I did find this.

"Two years ago I built myself a Golfsmith "Stogie" putter and I love
it. I
used a lightweight composite metal shaft (Ti/Al, I think). This
putter is
brass, and L-o-o-ong and thin. The head is about 10 inches long and
looks
so funny that even Golfsmith makes fun of it in their catalog."

Subsequent research would seem to suggest that this putter was "home
made" from a kit supplied by Golfsmith. Their products can be seen
here. There is no "Stogie" in the list and I suspect it stopped being
suppled some time ago.
Note that this post goes back to 1995!

Good luck in your quest.
