Can you provide a list of Universites that offer an online course in 
Castillian Spanish I (beginning Spanish) for college credit beginning
in or soon after September 2003?  Here are my preferences, in order
by priority:
(1) The course should be exclusively or primarily Castillian (Spain)
Spanish
(2) The University should not be "virtual only", that is, they should
have a real campus somewhere in the world (United States not required,
as long as they are accredited in their own country, e.g., Spain)
(3) I would prefer more recognizable universities (e.g., Top 50 US
Universities) over less recognizable; however, Universities in Spain
that offer an online program would be preferable to US universities.
(4) Community colleges are acceptable
(5) Correspondence courses are acceptable to the extent that they are
given by an accredited University with a physical campus.

This was answered about 6 months ago; however, I am resubmitting it in
hopes that other Universities have added online Spanish courses, and
specifically that the courses emphasize CASTILLIAN Spanish.
