I'm looking to buy a condominium in the Belmont/Clark area of Chicago.
Around the 900 block of Belmont Avenue on the North Side. 1 bedroom.
I want to pay between 150K and 300K.

Questions: 1) I'd like to find 10 properties that are listed now in my
price range within a 1/2 mile radius of the 900 block of Belmont. I
want a good representation across the entire price range spectrum.

2) What range of sales have there been in that geographic area?

3) What kind of price appreciation has there been in the last 5 years
in that area?

4) As a non-resident buying a second home, what will my property taxes
look like? What other taxes and fees can I expect?

5) What other things should I be keeping in mind during this purchase?

Thanks!
