Hi, I am currently on H1-B, and need to get an extension in 3 months.
Here is my question.

With the prevailing wage and minimum 26 hr/wk, I am supposed to be
making at least about $3000 a month as a part-time designer. I got my
current H1-B little less than 3 years ago, and I was making over $3000
a month first 2 years, but economy went down, I worked less hours, and
I was only making little over $2000 last one year.

Now I need to get another extension, but I am worried if INS will find
out that I wasn't making the required amount last one year. Are they
going to find this out and will be a problem???? Or it does not matter
as long as my company agrees to pay me the required amount in the
future??? My boss says he can sign on the document to agree to pay the
required wage, and I will be working more hours to meet the prevailing
wage and hours in the future.

I really appreciate your help. Please answer this question only if you
are confident. Thank you very much.
