Well thnaks for the respond, i have a research about Corporate
Governance, and i need to know everything about it, if u can find me a
full research about it that would be citical. Actually what the
professor want is that he wants me to read 2 articels about it, and
then summerize them in my way..

Well i don;t think it's enough now coz we are late, i have been
clarifying the question for the past 2 days:):) and the research is
due Sunday. If it's not difficult i prefere to have a written research
about it, and ur tip will be good:)
