that can help me figiure out how much I should offer under invoice on
a 2003 Silverado Truck I've found at a dealer........here are the
vehicle details:

1.  Sliverado Ls 1500 4wd Extended Cab Short Bed Invoice is $25987
2.  Deep Tinted Glass invoice is $92.02
3.  Locking Differential is $295
4.  Vortec V8 is $800
5.  Off Road Package is $924 minus 430 discount is $494
6.  trailering package is 2666.60


Dealer is offering $29274.13 plus $199 processing fee 3% VA tax of
884.19 plus dealer business tax of 58.44 for a total delivered price
of $30,465.26 minus a $3500 rebate for a total of $26,965.26

Again, my question is how much lower can I realistically get this guy?
 What's a good offer to make?
