Would you please tell me who (aside from The Learning Annex) does
national seminars whereby the speaker is responsible only for the
actual seminar they are giving and the sponsoring seminar entity does
all marketing, collection of fees, booking of locations etc..???

I also would like contact names, telephone numbers, email addresses,
websites, ETC.

How many are you expecting to get as an answer and what type of
seminars are you wanting to know about specifically?

I just completed a book called, FOR MEN ONLY: "How to Date Out of Your
League" and I'll be giving a seminar once a month, in LA for The
Learning Annex beginning in October.

Thus I am interested in offering the same seminar at major cities
across the US, however I am only interested in do so inconjunction
with organizations that have built in marketing/PR and who take care
of everything except the seminar itself.

As for how many I'm interested in.... I don't know, I have no idea how
many established "Learning Annex type" of organizations there are.
So, let's say 3-5 to start. How's that?

Thanks for the question.

Hello highvoltageblond-ga,

Congratulations on your book and your arrangement to teach for the
Learning Annex. It sounds like it’s going to be a winner!

The Learning Annex is the biggest alternative adult education provider
but I was able to locate several others that are very similar in the
types of classes they offer – just much smaller. Most of them are
membership organizations (like the Learning Annex) and offer a similar
mix of recreation, entertainment and education classes. All of them
have standing invitations to instructors who want to offer new
courses. If you’re selected, your course is listed in their
program/catalog and they do all the publicity and marketing and
provide the facility for your presentation. You have to provide the
course materials.

I’ve listed both the main web page and the link referring to how to
apply to be an instructor for each of the programs I’ve found.

Wishing you great success with your class – and your future book as
well.

Good luck and have a great time!
