what are the 10 most promising business models of small to mid-sized companies 
that were started in the united states recently (12-24 months)?

ideally the selected business models should:
- require relatively small initial capital investments
- generate high margin cash-flows soon
- require little/no highly specialized know-how (no biotech or sw development 
ideas)
- require small headcount at start
- leverage the internet (no prerequisite)
