I want to get a specific list of exercises to do for maximum muscle growth in the arms, specifically bicepts. In my normal gym routine I lift every other day. I am hoping to get info on alternate excercises that can be done every day to accelerate growth. BTW, I am a 35 yr old male in good health. Have been working out regularly for about 6 months. Please refer me only to credible sites..nothing like Men's Health magazine |

Lifting every day is going to have the opposite effect - your muscle is torn by lifting and grows when you rest - you need to rest and refuel to grow - two good books that might get you on the right path: Joe Weider's Ultimate Bodybuilding by Joe Weider, Bill Reynolds http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0809247151/qid=1064420119/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_1/103-4536858-3322247?v=glance&s=books&n=507846 The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding : The Bible of Bodybuilding, Fully Updated and Revised by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bill Dobbins (Contributor) http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0684857219/qid=1064420174/sr=2-1/ref=sr_2_1/103-4536858-3322247 |
