I want to get a specific list of exercises to do for maximum muscle
growth in the arms, specifically bicepts.  In my normal gym routine I
lift every other day.  I am hoping to get info on alternate excercises
that can be done every day to accelerate growth. BTW, I am a 35 yr old
male in good health.  Have been working out regularly for about 6
months.

Please refer me only to credible sites..nothing like Men's Health

Lifting every day is going to have the opposite effect - your muscle
is torn by lifting and grows when you rest - you need to rest and
refuel to grow - two good books that might get you on the right path:
