Hi,

I ran into an Internet services monitoring service which can keep tabs
on your email, web site and so on and let you know when you're having
problems that could be caused by your own system, the hosting company
or external elements such as a DOS attack.

I'm happy with e-mail alerts, SMS alerts will be a plus. The service
should be commercial and should not be sharing their information. We
would be interested in covering the cost of the service through the
fees and not through sharing our statistics with other parties.

Thank you.

Keynote Systems also provides the same kind of service with their WebWatch.

Please look at www.keynote.com to see if their services meet your needs.
