I want the name, address, & phone number for a specific grosgrain
ribbon manufacturer. I am looking for the manufacturer of a stripped
grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon is 1.5" wide. This ribbon is sold on ebay
by user "goodstuffandmore" and by another user called "ribbongirls".
The ribbon is a grosgrain and is very soft and silky to the touch. The
ribbon is always stripped and the color of the stipes varies. I found
the same ribbon on another website

also uses the same vendor. I believe the vendor is from the east
coast. I have tried the following companies so far and have had no
luck... Offray, Wilson, Ampleco, May Arts, Bally, and Designer

Hello mommia-ga,
I located a company whose specialty is custom made grosgrain stripe
ribbon.
You design your own grosgrain ribbon and they make it.
1 1/2 " widths available. You pick the colors from their list and if
your colors are not on the list, they can dye to match for an
additional fee
A 5000 yard minimum required. You have to call for pricing.
Would you consider custom made grosgrain ribbon?

I want that ribbon!:) Because of the color and quality.I did look into
custom ribon, however I am sure that this company is out there. After
some looking around, I think several of the people that I mentioned
have referred "buying from ribbon mills". I could only find 3 ribbon
mills in a search, Bally, a company in New York with an American
Indian sounding name and another called McGinley Mills which I have
tried contacting unsuccessfully.

Hi! I tried to call Grayblock Ribbon, got an answering machine. I will
keep you posted. I called Quality Ribbon and spoke with Maury who was
helpful. They do make ribbon, but in small widths (3/8ths. He did give
me the name of another company American Ribbon (800 233 8158). I spoke
with Linda and they do not make that ribbon but can do custom. I will
email you about Grayblock when I hear from them.

Hi, I finally gave up on the United Ribbon online catalog and spoke
with them directly. He does not have the ribbon but has had several
requests for it and will try to track it down. So no luck there.
Grayblock has never called back & I tend to think that they are a rep
for Ribbon Companies. Any other ideas?

I had already tried Ribbon Factory. They are a distributor as well.
Thank you for all your efforts. I appreciate the research that you
have done. I don't think that I will be able to find this ribbon via
the internet. I will be attending the New York Fashion Trim and
Accessory Show in this month and I understand that many ribbon
