Looking for a reliable dedicated hosting company in Europe with
self-managed servers.  We're interested in migrating from our current
host to them.

Seeking a Win 2000 or 2003 with the .NET framework preinstalled. 
We'll also need MS SQL, we can send them our license document if
they'll be able to place the application or the media in the machine,
we want to move as soon as possible and do not want to upload the CD
or ship it to them and instead ship proof of the license if possible
and if this is acceptable practice with hosting companies.

Our sites are in ASP and PHP as well.

We'll need full control over the server and our admin will take care
of things when they hand it over.

Please mention a sampling of the charges we're to expect Euro/US for
us to relatively compare costs and we'll also need them to be English
capable and able to support us via email and voice.
